The album was called "Village" based on the quote: "It takes a village to raise a child". The booklet shows different people who influenced the artist in his career alongside the song lyrics and messages from the artist, and the resulting cut outs create a design element through the void that is created. Yellow, as the artist's central colour, is used in the booklet as an accent and more prominently on the cover.
