This augmented reality project focuses on the history of the church, which is located in Wilmersdorf, Berlin. A combination of tools, such as TouchDesigner, Cinema4D and AfterEffects, were used to represent the different downfalls of the church. With manipulating the specific date of the downfall and supportive sound effects, the observer can actually experience what has happened without any further explanation. The expressive typography „VEX“ refers to the structure and appearance of the building. Moreover, the typography itself represents the building.
